Magnetic Experiments onboard the ISS

I've been trying to find any information regarding experiments with magnetism in space.

It has to do with magnets in space and how they would interact with iron filings. Similar to experiments here on earth, the iron filings fall into sync with the lines of magnetism, i would be very curious to see a 3D representation in space, such as in a sealed perspex box etc, to contain the filings and prevent them getting everywhere... Has anything like this been tried in space before? Given the zero gravity, would the iron filings move along the lines of attraction and repulsion or simply stay suspended?

Perhaps someone smarter than me already knows the answer, or at the very least, could point me in the right direction for more information.
