ISS transmitting SSTV images.

Hello radio friends,

Russian ISS crew started transmitting SSTV images.
Amateur radio operators from several different countries have received SSTV images from ISS.
Some of them have sended their received SSTV images to the ARISS SSTV gallery:

If you have received SSTV images please send them via the ARISS SSTV submission page:
http://www.spaceflightsoftware.com/ARISS_SSTV/submit.php

We may not be able to display every image because of quality or duplication.
But we keep them in the archieve for futher investigation.

SSTV images

Dear friends
I am from Iraq I have ground station UHF-VHF for Amateur radio in Baghdad (ministry of science and technology) i work in it ,i want to receive SSTV image from ISS . i am try to received any signal from ISS but I can't it,why?
the ground station consist (i com 9100, TNC3S, card sound, HRD software Yagi antenna 2MCP14 and MMSSTV program) also we have S-band system .
kindly , could you help me to receive SSTV from ISS and how can i contact with them.

ISS SSTV activities are arranged by the Russians.
Only once in a few months.
There are no fixed dates for these events.
The last ISS SSTV event was recently at 18 and 20 December.
So probably next event will be over a few months.

You can try packet-aprs amateur radio data communications with ISS.
ISS packet system 24 hours per day active on 145.825Mhz (FM/N).
Popular soundcard software are Soundmodem (from UZ7HO) with UISS (from ON6MU).
All software is freeware.
There is also a website where you can see aprs-packet traffic from ISS:
