Kenneth N5VHO Packet suggestion

Hello Kenneth have a problem here in Latin America with the frequencies of Radio Packet ISS.

The problem is the ground stations that affect the reception of signals from the ISS.

It would be interesting to modify the frequency of Radio Packet ISS as it used to when we used two frequencies because it would end this terrible problem.

Sending and receiving signals on another frequency is more comfortable for the reception of signals and reduce interference from ground stations sites that also transmits at another frequency and transmit only the ISS to 145.825.

I would like you to think about it so we can further improve contacts with the ISS using the Packet Radio.
