Can any one confirm ARISS is shut down at the moment?? Haven't heard anything for about 2 days now...?

And yes.. I know during an EVA ARISS is switched off!
Only Russian talks
During the last passings over Europe I hear only Russian talks at 143.6250.

That Russian talk has nothing to do with ARISS. ARISS operates only in HAM-bands, and 143 MHz is not in 2m (ham) band.

No traffic was logged in the last pass over the U.S. See below.

Seems ISS packet system is operational again.
