New ISS Fanatic in Washington State

Can anyone recommend a better way for me to see the ISS flyovers? I have a compass and binoculars. I am loving the search and any information would be greatly appreciated.

And one more question

Barb Saeger

Is it ever possible to see the ISS during daylight hours?

Seeing ISS in the day

It is possible depending on circumstances. Passes minutes before sunset or just after sunrise should be visible if your viewing angle is between the sun and ISS. If you have a big enough telescope and know exactly where to look, you can also see the ISS during the day.
