SSTV Question.

The SSTV downlink frequency does not seem to be listed in the "Frequencies"
section and does not appear in recent reports....

As a respectful suggestion, could we list same for us newbies?

SSTV downlink

Robin Warren – April 5, 2009 – 01:45

Hi Bob,
The FM voice, Split Repeater and SSTV share the same downlink freq of 145.800 mhz. The FM voice uplink, in ITA Region 2, is 144.49 mhz. Believe the SSTV uplink is same as FM voice but can not guarantee that info. The Split (cross-band) repeater uplink is 437.8 mhz. Not sure if it is the same all over the planet or not. 145.825 mhz is the freq for packet. Not sure if this is simplex or downlink only, I do not work packet. This is very addictive!

problem with SSTV over Europe?

SV7NHN – April 6, 2009 – 21:09

I see that there is some 'active' reports for sstv mode, but there are only from states side and no one is from Europe. I was QRV for sstv today and yesterday but nothing heard over my area.
Whats going on??

The last pictures I copied, North Texas EM13, was at 1927 UTC on the 5th. Nothing since. Also had my radio and PC going for the last 2 weeks.
