APRS Status

Is the APRS beacon on the ISS operational? The AMSAT site says that it is. But during a recent pass the only packets I heard were my own, and transmissions from a nearby school.

The packet digi is capable of being operational but has been OFF more than ON of late due to ISS operations. The recent EVA's mandate that it be powered off. It will likely be reactivated after the next school contact.
