Hello ,
I'm new to this site.I'm only 15 years old.I wish to know if I can downlink Tv video from ISS using a yagi and a converter circuit .Is the transmission digital?
If yes then is there any method to decode and view it?

If you are referring to Amateur television signals from the ISS, the system is not yet on board but is being explored. It will likely be a digital format so keep a eye for more info at a later date.

If you mean the video that NASA-TV uses, it is digital encrypted and not directly available via the TDRS system. You can watch NASA-TV via satellite feed. For info on that see http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/nasatv/index.html
