Hi all

Hmm in the shots where one see see space there are no stars. The photos must have been faked in a film studio in Calfornia somewhere. Hi Hi :)

Just joking guys. Don't go there. Enough conspiracy theories!!!

These are wonderful photographs and they really do help to capture the wonder and amazement that astronauts talk about at being able to see the earth from space.

STS-118

Endeavour was the shuttle used for STS-118 so I 'm pretty sure these photos are from that mission. In fact, the hurricane shots are the same as these http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/gallery/images/shuttle/sts-118/ndxpage53.html and are labeled as Dean.
