did you follow up the interesting subject or aren't there just no records on that subject available ?
There are certainly more interesting Research-Projects, and even interesting for Techno-Freaks:
f.i. estimating by hourly fly-by-IR- and MW-sensing the thickness of arctic ice,
while nuclear U-Boats are exploringly clearing up the ground underneath the Big Icy Polecap
and cooling their nuclear pressure-cooker-pot with the water taken from the surrounding water ?
Sure, there is a huge nuclear dumping place off the Russian coast next to the Pole-cap adding to this.
Where -by the way- is the US-Submarine-dumping-place ??
Many might know, that there are different Hydro-Isotopes reacting to MW,IR & NMR impulses differently.
The impuls may be small, but no living body - f.i.hatching-fish- would long enjoy being screened hourly
for any time or even years.
Physical Experts- employed by the firms involved in Exploraion etc- probably wouldn't anticipate any
effects at all, yet even the Military had to accept and respond adequately to claims of their staff,
that daily several times having been scanned f.i. by a radar beam on post
indeed does have ill-effects on health.
And transmitting messenges by such focussed shielded bowels into mountainous areas where people
are living next to the Masts and even uphill behind the top-receivers:
no claims - no damages caused ?
Biologists more than a Generation ago had warned,
that MW and NMR-Impulses are not insignificant to the growing tips of plants.
Both in roots as well as in apical and intercalate Meristemata
(= buds for further growth and leaves and fruit-bearing parts and fertile seeds)
damages can be shown -if asked to look for- resonance induced ill-effects.
And the only damaging mechanism would be the short-time induced
"Scrambling of the Hydrogens".
This as caused by short-time impulses, allowed then
-by earlier settling of the Heavy Isotopes ²D & ³T- however seldom initially,
a relative enrichment of the heavy Hydrogens exchanging into organic bonding,
"into stable positions" on Proteins or DNA.
And the Polar-Ice-caps ?
Remote-sensing and slightly warming up undercooled water
by undeclared (as Military) thermal releases of Polar-Nuclear U-Boats
together with the altered Hydro-Isotopes in such undeclared effluents
as cause for new Phenomenal Porosity of Ice-Bergs and Polar Cap ?
There are certainly points of dicussion for Amateurs and Specialists in Your esteemed Audience of
Techno-Freaks and Fans observing the Sky-Labs.
So please let me know what you found and under which heading you searched.

"ISS-Observing" ok, that's what I am doing and had been doing so for weeks,
before I decided to write.
You said, the topic is interesting and you'd be helpful searching.
As I'm observing ISS I had inquired about the position (long./lat.)or area over which
the jettonizing was done, but the 5 hr. space-work means 3 1/2 orbits, and if no track
is offered, no tracing is possible.
But it is necessary and honest to stay to facts esp.if the points are problematic.
Points raised by Hindman-jr.of NASA (on Wo-Phys Meeting in Cl.Ferrand Apr.1980)
my observations after 12.4.1981, 28.1.1986, the info on MIR & EAS-delivery 2001-
and the fears of causing an explosion on ISS,
if some docking manoeuvre or a penetrating meteorite would come with an unexpected
impact or so. No Question, there are problems coming up, no flicker.
There must have been somewhere in the "Protective Layer" of the Troposphere....
which is highly sensitive to variations of pH-,salt-solutes, variation of Hydro-Isotopes,
Low-Level-Radioactivity and Ionization by flying metallic objects
(with thermogen explosive hydrogen-expulsion)....
a significant explosion, equivalent to 1 Ton of TNT on 23/24th Juli 2007
with a several minutes long burning flash, which certainly must have been picked up by any
of the (how many are up there ?) military say observer Satellites which have the function
to note friendly or other firings.... So please let me know further details.
Thrash like wastes and hazardous & toxic burnup-matter as torrential rainfall causing admixtures
are certainly triggers for interesting questions.
Or is this all oK ! and go on only with Fan's interests as usual. And CO2 only.
I do understand, that amateur radio has had great life-saving results and certainly is a useful
hobby (which I had shared long time back),
but perhaps here still is a forum to ask for observations like mentioned above on 23/24 of Juli 2007 ?

Do these new Danger-sensitivity-Sensors imploy amateur radio technology?

Think of it this way...posting a story about diseases in beef to a website that's main interest is focused on mammoth archeology is not going to gain much interst. The same can be said of your topic which has been posted to an amateur radio site.
