ISS 12.5 min thrust to adjust orbit 3/15/07

Hi
Saw your site, and thought someone might be able to help me since I have not gotten any response
from Nasa
On 3/15/07@ 6:55 am PST I witnessed the rethrust of the ISS from the CA Sierra foothills looking East.
The sun was behind the Sierras shinning on the vapor trails and bright white light of the station.
Can someone please give me the approximate position [over what country] of the ISS at the time that
took place so I can file with my memoir of such an increditable siteing.
