How long is "quite some time..."
Kenneth,
What is the earliest Exp 14 will be allowed on the radio for random QSOs? I know there is a down time after a crew change...
Matt, N8MS
As soon as they want
They can make random QSO's now if they wish. The restrictions are for scheduled events.
