I try upload recording contact but nothing.

I try upload my contact with NA1SS in 2001 but not possible.
My record have 2,2Mb only and duration less 1 minut.
I select audio file and then press submit. The web sayme that is oK upload
but then not is it in area "recorded contacts".
what is the problem?
